According to the Decision, for the list of administrative procedures under the handling competence of the Department of Planning and Investment, the City People's Committee unanimously announced the promulgation of 33 new administrative procedures, including:
+ 02 procedures for business establishment and operation;
+ 22 procedures for investment fields in Vietnam;
+ 04 investment procedures in the form of public-private partnership;
+ 01 procedure for investor selection bidding;
+ 01 procedure in the field of official development assistance capital and concessional loans from foreign donors;
+ 03 procedures in the field of non-refundable aid that are not part of official development assistance provided to Vietnam by foreign agencies, organizations, and individuals.
At the same time, the City People's Committee also agreed to amend and supplement 53 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Planning and Investment, specifically: 49 procedures in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises; 4 procedures in the field of official development assistance capital, preferential loans from foreign donors.
Along with that, 57 administrative procedures were abolished, of which: 24 procedures for establishment and operation of enterprises, 28 procedures for investment in Vietnam; 1 procedure in the field of investor selection bidding; 04 procedures in the field of official development assistance capital, preferential loans from foreign donors and foreign non-governmental aid.
This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2021.
