The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor promulgated Decision No. 3309/QD-TLD on supporting meals for trade union members and workers who are performing "a 2-destination route" of enterprises.
Specifically, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor decided to support nutritious meals for union members and employees who are implementing "one road, two destinations" of enterprises in the provinces and cities, implementing the distance under Directive 15/CT-TTg and Directive 16/CT-TTg as follows:
- Beneficiaries are trade union members and employees working at enterprises with trade union funding, implementing "1 route of 2 destinations" and approved by competent authorities.
- Support level: One-time support up to VND 01 million per person.
- Time of support: From October 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021.
Deployment method:
+ The grassroots trade union reports the number of union members and workers mobilized by the enterprise to carry out "one road, two destinations" to the immediate superior trade union for funding evaluation...
+ Based on proposals of union members, employees, grassroots trade unions reach an agreement with business owners on organizational methods, meal rations, transfer funds to support businesses to organize meals according to the general policy of the enterprise.
