On October 28, 2021, the General Confederation of Labor issued Plan 146/KH-TLD on taking care of union members and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year in 2022.

Accordingly, employees have to pay social insurance at the enterprise, non-public non-business units that pay trade union fees; Cadres, civil servants, and public employees with difficult circumstances are entitled to the trade union fund at the rate of 300,000 VND/person.
Total estimated funding sources are 8,000,000 (person) x 300,000 (VND/person) = 2,400,000,000,000,000 (VND).
Trade unions at all levels carry out the policy of socialization and mobilize resources to serve the care plan for union members and employees in accordance with the provisions of the law and the General Confederation.
Union base balances revenue and expenditure during the year and uses the unit's accumulated accumulation to the maximum to ensure a New Year's care plan for union members and employees.
Upper-level trade unions balance income and expenditure in the year and use a part of existing accumulated trade union finance to support lower-level trade unions to take care of union members and employees.
For union members and employees in public administrative and non-business units, base unions actively balance financial people to take care of and visit.
