The Ministry of Finance has now deployed the sending and receiving of electronic documents to the specialist level at all units at the headquarters of the Ministry. Simultaneously, the Ministry of Finance has completed the integration of personal digital signatures to digitally sign electronic documents on eDocTC (Document Management and Administration of the Finance Sector) software and is piloting it at a unit under the Ministry of Finance.
Deployment of digital signature application and digital signature of electronic documents: ensuring the legality of documents sent on the Internet environment, and create an important premise for building e-government in the next stage and contribute to reducing administrative paperwork.
After 05 years of exploiting the program of Document Management and Administration of the Finance Industry, up to now, the number of electronic documents stored and managed on the eDocTC program is more than 2.4 million documents, including incoming documents, out-of-date documents, ministry leadership submissions and other types of internal documents. The average number of documents stored and managed on the eDocTC program is more than 420.00 documents per year.
At the same time, the Ministry of Finance ensures technical infrastructure and solutions to connect the text management and administration system of the Ministry of Finance with the National Text Communication Axis. From February 15, 2019, to September 13, 2021, the Ministry of Finance sent 32,465 documents via the National Text Communication Axis and received 121.325 documents to the country through the National Text Communication Axis.
According to the assessment of the Government Cipher Board, the application of digital certificates and specialized digital signature authentication services provided by the Government has promoted efficiency in operating operations, and the exchange of electronic documents at ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies attached to the Government. Up to now, there have been many ministries, branches, and localities actively applying digital signatures in electronic document exchange and online public services, typically the Ministry of Finance.
