To facilitate organizations and individuals, currently, The Ministry of Finance now can receive the declaration of prices of goods and services at the Ministry of Finance via the online form on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance has just issued Official Dispatch No 12398/BTC-QLG send to organizations and individuals that declare prices of goods and services at the Ministry of Finance about declaring prices of goods and services on the Ministry of Finance's online public service portal.
To facilitate organizations and individuals, the Ministry of Finance has completed and can receive online declarations on the website of the Ministry of Finance, said the Ministry of Finance. Organizations and individuals that declare prices at the Ministry of Finance can choose to declare prices of goods and services on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
Accordingly, organizations and individuals can access the following link: http://dvctt.mof.gov.vn or http://www.mof.gov.vn and select the "Administrative procedures and online public services" category. In the Online Public Services section of the Finance sector, select "General finance", select "Price management".
The use of online public services will facilitate and shorten the time to submit price declaration documents. Therefore, the Ministry of Finance encourages organizations and individuals to declare prices through the online public service portal page.
The Ministry of Finance requests organizations and individuals to base themselves on the regulations on price declaration in Section 5 Price declaration - Articles 14, 15, 16, 17 of Circular No. 56/2014/TT-BTC, Clauses 5 and 6, 7 Article 1, Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular No. 233/2016/TT-BTC, guide the implementation of online price declaration and use of online public services to declare prices at the Ministry of Finance's online public service information page for price declaration at the above link for implementation.
After logging in with the granted account, organizations and individuals take steps according to the instructions to declare prices online on the Online Public Service Information Page.
